Use a soft measuring tape around your wrist TIGHTLY, mark the tape with no gap, overlap nor slack. starts to overlap.

Use a thin string or floss to wrap around your wrist TIGHTLY . Butt the ends up then cut or mark the string with no gap, overlap nor slack. Then place it on a ruler for your measurement.  A thin soft cloth measuring tape works too.

XS fits Wrist Size : 5.5-6.0 inch (14-15 cm)

S fits Wrist Size   : 6.0-6.5 inch (15-16.5 cm)

M fits Wrist Size  : 6.5-7.0 inch (16.5-17.5 cm)

L fits Wrist Size   : 7.0-7.5 inch (17.5-19 cm）

XL fits Wrist Size : 7.5-8.0 inch（19-20.5 cm）
